How do I order a physical Spot card?

Applying for a bank card has never been easier. Since we already have your details, you can order your physical card from your Spot app (way easier than walking into a bank, right?).

To order your Spot card:

Step 1:

1. Sign in to your Spot app.
2. Tap the card icon at the bottom of your screen.
3.  Tap on Order your card. You’ll be prompted to select where you want your card to be delivered and enter the delivery address. Please make sure you fill in all the fields to complete your order.
   
4. Once you've entered your delivery information, tap Send and your card application will be sent to us. 

Heads up. It may take up to 5 working days for your card to be delivered. 

Step 2: 

Once your card is delivered, it’s time to activate it! 

1. Sign in to your Spot app.
2. Tap the card icon at the bottom of your screen.
3.  Select Activate card now.
4. Enter the 18 digit card number found at the back of the card and click Next.
5. We'll send you an OTP. Enter it and hit Next.
6. Create a secure secret PIN for your card (rem not to share it with anyone) and you're good to go.
