Freeze your card. This keeps your cash in your account and out of the wrong hands.
To freeze your card:
- Sign into your Spot app.
- Tap the card icon at the bottom of your home screen.
- Tap on the card you want to freeze and hit Freeze card.
- We'll ask you to confirm, choose Yes to freeze or No to cancel.
If you think your card's been used by an unauthorized person, you can dispute the transaction in-app. Here’s how:
- On your Spot home screen, tap history and then tap on the transaction you’d like to dispute.
- Fill in the fields provided and hit Help
We’ll investigate the dispute and follow up with you on email.
