Freeze your card. This keeps your cash in your account and out of the wrong hands.
To freeze your card:
- Sign into your Spot app.
- Tap the card icon at the bottom of your app screen.
- Tap on the card you want to freeze and hit Freeze card.
- We'll ask you to confirm, choose Yes to freeze or No to cancel.
As an extra security measure, reach out to us by tapping Get Help in your app or mail us at email@example.com. We’ll deactivate your card and help with processing your replacement.
If you think your card's been used by an unauthorized person, you can dispute the transaction in-app. Here’s how:
- On your Spot home screen, tap on the transaction you’d like to dispute.
- Tap Dispute this transaction and fill in the fields provided and hit OK.
We’ll investigate the dispute and follow up with you on email.
