Freeze your card. This keeps your cash in your account and out of the wrong hands.
To freeze your card:
- Sign into your Spot app.
- Tap the card icon at the bottom of your app screen.
- Tap on the card you want to freeze and hit Freeze card.
- We'll ask you to confirm, choose Yes to freeze or No to cancel.
As an extra security measure, reach out to us by tapping Get Help in your app or mail us at help@spotmoney.com. We’ll deactivate your card and help with processing your replacement.
If you’re lucky enough to find your lost card, you can easily reactivate it by following these steps:
- Tap the card icon at the bottom of your app screen.
- Toggle to the Frozen cards section.
- Tap on the card you want to freeze and hit Unfreeze card.
- We'll ask you to confirm, choose Yes to unfreeze or No to cancel.
