Here are some basic troubleshooting steps to help you activate your Touch ID or Facial recognition sign-in:
- Delete the app from your mobile device.
- Switch your phone off and back on.
- Download the Spot app from the Google PlayStore or iOS app store.
- Sign in to your Spot app and tap on your profile pic on the top right of your app screen.
- Turn your touchID on by sliding the Biometric Sign In toggle right.
- Enter your PIN to confirm the activation.
