Yes. If there's a transaction that you're not sure of and the person who made it isn't either, you can dispute the transaction in the app. Here's how:
- Sign in to your Spot app.
- On the home screen, swipe until you get to your shared account.
- Browse your shared account transaction feed until you find the transaction you want to dispute and tap it.
- Tap Dispute this transaction, fill in all the details and hit Send.
- Our team will review the disputed transaction and follow up via email.
A quick note: Please ensure that you know and trust the people you add to your shared account. While we're happy to investigate all transaction disputes, the responsibility of managing your shared account and transacting members is all yours.
