Sometimes an incomplete or unsuccessful Ozow top-up will reflect as "pending" on your in-app transaction feed. The reality is that a transaction that is not confirmed as successful will not go through and the "pending" state won't change to "successful" at a later stage.
All Ozow transactions are processed in real-time. If a deduction doesn't occur on your bank account, you'll need to retry the top-up. If you need clarification around this, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Support Team.
