The standard processing time for EFT top-ups is 1-3 business days across banks. If 3 business days have lapsed and you're still not seeing your funds on your Spot transaction feed, please reach out to our Support Team by tapping "Get Help" in the app or mail us your proof of payment at email@example.com.
Often this issue occurs because the Spot account reference number was entered incorrectly. So, always be sure to enter your Spot Ref number exactly as it appears on your app, with no spaces when you select Spot Money SA as your public beneficiary.
We'll be able to locate your funds on our side using the proof of payment you provide us. Thereafter, we'll immediately allocate your EFT funds to your Spot app.
