Why can't I see Spot listed as a public beneficiary on my banking app?

Spot is listed as a public beneficiary with most major South African banks i.e. ABSA, FNB, Nedbank, Standard Bank, Capitec and Investec. If you login to your online banking profile and search for Spot Money SA under the public beneficiary list, you'll be able to process an EFT top-up to your Spot app by referencing your Spot account number.  

Spot is currently not listed as a public beneficiary with African Bank, Tyme Bank and Discovery. However, we hope to update this in the near future.
